Product Information
Black Mulch is a recycled, shredded untreated wood product died with a natural long-lasting dye. Some know this as recycled black bark. This long-lasting mulch is produced from air-dried timber that enables it to not rot down as quickly as some other mulches. Also known as Recycled Coloured Mulch.
Top Tip: You’ll need about 100mm of this product to prevent weed growth and make it worthwhile. Keep the mulch away from plant stems as the heat of decomposition can affect the plants.
Used For:
Adding a real wow factor to any gardens appearance. All mulches are great for decorative purposes and at the same time retaining moisture in your garden over those hot summer months and suppressing weed growth. Most mulches are also great for those step gardens where washouts may occur as mulches bind together and stay in place.
