Feinwerk Pavers

Complete Landscape Supplies can supply the full range of Feinwerk pavers. These pavers are wet cast , fibre reinforced concrete. This allows for a much thinner, lighter and stronger paver without compromising the strength and durability.

Some FAQs:

How should I lay the pavers? While pavers can be laid on a sand base wet cast pavers like Feinwerk’s pavers have a 2-3mm tolerance so may vary slightly in thickness. Large pavers, such as 600x600mm are also more susceptible to cracking especially if tapping on the edgings when laying and leveling. As such, laying Feinwerk pavers on a wet mortar mix will deliver a far superior job and will also prevent any weeds growing in between the pavers

What is the “white powder stuff” seen on the pavers sometimes? It is a common process on all concrete products called Efflorescence. It does not effect the integrity of the pavers. It usually disappears with time especially with foot traffic. It can also be removed with vinegar or acid washes made specifically for pavers (sold in most hardware outlets) e.g. Permacolour and GuardIt.

Using specialised automated machinery, these pavers are only 30mm thick and are far more consistent than manually manufactured thicker pavers

These pavers are around 25% lighter than others on the market allowing larger pavers to be supplied which are easier for landscaping installation

The European technology allows the production of a high-strength fibre reinforced paver. Feinwerk Pavers are produced to a strength of at least 40MPa. compared to the industry standard of around 30MPa
