Product Information
Pea Straw is high in nitrogen and allows air to circulate around the base of plants. If laid down in winter it will suppresses the early weed growth and allow spring bulbs can thrust their way through it.
Used For:
In summer like other mulches, a good layer will preserve moisture in the soil and cut down on watering in the dry spell. From the bale, layers can be lifted off and placed to cover larger areas. Excellent for composting strawberries and keeping them off the soil.
